Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our store in Pflugerville, TX. If you would like to pick up your order, please contact us at hello@shopthemerctx.com before placing your order so we can coordinate the details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date at hello@shopthemerctx.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
